Cinnamon Apple Waffle Rings


These Cinnamon Apple Waffle Rings are a quick snack when you want something sweet, but still somewhat healthy.  They just take a couple mintues to make and you can get about 5 or 6 rings from one apple, plenty for an afternoon or late night snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Steps:

  • Cut apples into slices and then cut a circle from the middle to remove the core

  • Place slices onto the waffle maker
  • Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top

  • Close lid a cook for about 30 seconds
  • Then open the lid and continue to cook for about 2 more mintues

  • Enjoy!
